Traveligion Network: Master Governance & Confidentiality Protocol (MGCP)
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
This Master Protocol governs the access, exchange, and utilization of all proprietary information within the Traveligion Network (“The Network”). By applying for verification and accessing the restricted institutional environment, the Member agrees to be legally bound by this Protocol in its entirety.
1. Scope of the Intelligence Ecosystem
Traveligion Network is a private, restricted-access infrastructure designed exclusively for verified stakeholders in the Hospitality and Investment Real Estate sectors. The enclosed environment encompasses off-market deal flow, institutional analytics, vetted professional networking, and the Risk Assessment Registry. All data within this ecosystem is classified as Proprietary Community Intelligence.
2. Private Professional Confidentiality Standard & Conduct
Access to the Network is a privilege granted under a strict private professional confidentiality mandate. By accessing the Network, the Member explicitly acknowledges that all Proprietary Community Intelligence constitutes highly confidential information.
-
2.1. Non-Disclosure: Unauthorized duplication, screen-capturing, external dissemination, or public broadcasting of any Network content is strictly prohibited.
-
2.2. Internal Use: All internal data, documents, and registry reports are for the Member’s personal or internal corporate due diligence only.
-
2.3. No Improper Use: Intelligence obtained within the Network shall not be leveraged or improperly used for external litigation, public defamation, or unverified social media campaigns.
-
2.4. Non-Solicitation: Members agree not to use the Network’s private intelligence to improperly solicit, poach, or interfere with the established professional relationships of other Members, including their contractors or executive personnel.
3. Safe Harbor & Independent Due Diligence
Traveligion Network operates strictly as a neutral digital infrastructure provider and does not act as a broker, financial advisor, or legal arbiter.
-
All intelligence, including investment opportunities and risk assessments, is peer-contributed and provided “as is.”
-
The Network provides no financial guarantees, warranties of absolute accuracy, or official compliance certifications.
-
The Member assumes full responsibility for conducting their own independent Due Diligence and Risk Assessment prior to any financial transaction or professional engagement.
4. Procedural Fairness & Balanced Exchange
In the interest of maintaining a highly objective and balanced professional review environment, the Network upholds the principle of procedural fairness. Any verified corporate entity or individual referenced within the Risk Assessment Registry or ongoing intelligence reports is entitled to a Formal Rebuttal Process. This structural neutrality ensures that all shared intelligence remains structured as a balanced multi-party professional exchange, fact-based, and devoid of personal grievances.
5. Enforcement & Governance Sanctions
Maintaining the secure perimeter of this ecosystem is our highest priority. Any breach of this Protocol—specifically the unauthorized leakage of Proprietary Community Intelligence—will result in immediate governance actions:
-
Immediate Revocation: Permanent termination of all access credentials without prior notice.
-
Internal Flagging: The Member’s profile and associated corporate entities will be permanently restricted from future participation and marked as “Non-Compliant” within the internal governance framework.
-
Legal Reservation: Traveligion Network reserves the right to pursue civil remedies and seek compensation for damages caused to the secure integrity of the community.
6. General Conditions & Account Security
-
Eligibility: The Member represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and a professional participant in the real estate or investment industry.
-
Credentials: Transferring account credentials to non-verified third parties is strictly prohibited. The Member is solely responsible for all activity occurring under their account.
-
Severability: If any provision of this Protocol is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Protocol shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from a breach of this Protocol shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within this jurisdiction.
8. Official Language
The official and legally binding version of this Protocol is the English-language version. Any translated versions are provided solely for informational convenience and shall not supersede or modify the interpretation of the original English text.
